How do I choose a nicotine strength for my e-liquid?

The perfect all day vape needs to have the right amount of nicotine for you, but how do you figure out what that is?

However, if you just want quick answers, here's a quick cheat sheet to help former smokers understand nicotine percentages in vape liquid. 

0mg = perfect for casual vapers who have never smoked, have successfully cut down their nicotine consumption, or enjoy nicotine-free sub-ohm vaping 

3mg-6mg = a low nicotine strength, ideal for ex-smokers who only smoked a few cigarettes a day

12mg = a medium nicotine strength which is suited to former smokers who get through 15-20 cigarettes a day

18mg-20mg = a high nicotine strength for anyone used to smoking more than 20 cigs a day.

It will take some time to find the perfect nicotine levels for you, so don't be discouraged if you can't get the right strength straight away. Every vaper is different; you might find that you need a lower or higher dose than you first expected and that's okay. 

When choosing an e-liquid for an all day vape, make sure that the nicotine strength is low enough to allow you to take many puffs throughout the day.
