You don't need to worry about tanks, pods, coils or even replacing vape juices. Forgetting to charge your vape the night before can be a headache, but this annoyance is completely removed with disposables as they come with a built-in battery. 

You'll know when your disposable is on its last legs because the vapour will diminish greatly and so too will the flavour. Eventually, you will be dragging on the disposable but no vapour will come out. Some disposables are even designed with a light on the end which will flash when it's time to dispose of your vape. Cons of Disposable Vapes

Not environmentally friendly

It's in the name, but disposable vapes are not intended to last forever. They're designed to be disposable, and as such they can be quite detrimental to the environment if they are not disposed of correctly. As previously mentioned, some disposable vapes such as the Elf Bar 600 have 600 puffs in them which is great for some, however, if you're a heavy ex-smoker you can get through a disposable in just a couple days which can result in a lot of waste.

Expensive in the long-run

Whilst disposable vapes are cheap as one off purchases, they're definitely the more expensive choice in the long-run. Purchasing one disposable after the other will certainly add up, and if you're someone who is used to smoking a lot of cigarettes and who's just made the transition to vaping, you may find that you get through disposable e-cigs extremely fast. You can purchase disposable vape kits whereby you get 5 or more at a time, however, we recommend if you're going to do this it would be a wiser option to invest in a vape kit. 

Fixed nicotine levels

As we've mentioned, disposables are pre-filled with e-liquid. This also means that they come with a fixed nicotine level as you are unable to mix in different e-liquids to create your own nicotine strength. For those who enjoy vaping for the ability to customise their experience, then this con will be a major one. Typically, disposable vape devices have 20mg of nicotine in them. For some, this may actually be quite a strong amount of nicotine and may be too much for those who do not smoke cigarettes regularly or just want to casually vape. 

Disposable vapes are non-rechargeable

Disposable vapes are designed for single-use only and are not made to be rechargeable. This is great for a short-term vape, however this con is important if you're someone who is trying to quit smoking cigarettes. If you're looking for a rechargeable device, disposables aren't for you.

Less choice 

Now, we may seem like we're contradicting ourselves here as in the pros section we spoke about how there is a wide range of different flavours. This still stands, as disposable vapes do come in a huge variety of flavours. However, this is small when compared to the huge range of different types of e-liquids out there today.
